Hi Mary! Remember when I was talking about my faux date (weeks back)? Well, nothing ever materialized, because he's in a relationship. And we all know what that means: he's on the shelf. So, I'm curious. How many of you women out there have been in a situation where a guy is CLEARLY flirting with you, but never says one direct line so that you can call him on it?

Okay Mary, try this... This man's opening line was, "are you single?" remember him....
So a few days ago, he's in the recording studio prepping his new album. I visit to drop off a CD of a project we collaborated on to the engineer and him, and he begins to talk about how sensuous it is to be expressing his thoughts through song, and how he's feels naked standing there at the microphone ... yada yada..lots of sexual innuendo and eye contact with me. When I leave he gives me his card and then writes his 'private' personal number on it and says he looks forward to spending time together in the summer when I return and then hugs and kisses me.
The next day on facebook he befriends me and I notice his status is ENGAGED!!! What tha!
What do i say now hmmm?

Ba Humbug..it just floored me I couldn't. Anyway I've already moved on to Greener Pastures! Met a great guy on Catalina Island on Sunday. I know he's single - and interested. He told me his wife died 4 years ago, kids have grown up, and his dog died too which set him free from land. So now he's living on a yacht and enjoying life sailing around. A much better fit for me being the ocean-loving Aussie I am. Check out his pic on my FB page ;-)
